Description
A relay-isolation harness is a good investment if you’re planning to pull a trailer. This setup allows you to drive a set of trailer lights (standard bulbs or LEDs) without affecting or loading the bike’s signal circuits.
In the event that a short develops in the trailer wiring (typically in the plug area), an inline fuse in the relay package protects both the bike and trailer. Your bike’s lights will remain unaffected and continue to work.
This kit is designed to work with Harley FLH/FLT touring bikes from 1997 to 2013, the 2009 to 2013 Tri Glide and the FLST from 1997 to Present. It also works on the Street Glide through 2009 and most Road Glide models except the 2009-2013 FLTRSE. It contains three components: a plug-and-play sub-harness that connects to the bike’s wiring (no cutting required), an isolator and a 5-to-4-converter.
